A Public House and Restaurant with 5 Letting Rooms may have 70% of the turnover from the premises deriving from food sales, making the premises a Public House with 5 Letting Rooms, as opposed to a Guest House.

Generally speaking there is very little separating Hotel Insurance, Guest House Insurance, Bed and Breakfast Insurance or Public House Insurance with Letting Rooms, however in the event of a claim ensuring that the right policy has been purchased is crucial as a claim could be repudiated if the policy is not written correctly.
